YOUTH PROGRAMS

At Mountainside we believe that no matter your age you can experience life with God - knowing His love for you, understanding what He says about who He is, who you are, and how to share life together. In this hope, we’re excited to offer the following programs for children and teens.

Sunday Mornings

Sunday morning programs are offered for children during our 10am church service.

See class descriptions for when/where each group meets.

  • 2's-3's Class

Foundational Bible stories, songs, and lots of playing for toddlers in their own space during the morning service.

  • 252 Kids

The 252 program is a great program put together by Orange Curriculum. It is built around the verse Luke 2:52 “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.” We hope to provide a consistent, biblically based class for your children. Each month there is a theme that is taught through several fun videos made by Orange. The children also learn a Bible verse each month and by the last week even the littlest ones have Gods word hidden in their heart. Our goal is to work alongside you as the parent to teach our children from Gods Word how to live a life pleasing to God.

  • Echo 518

The Echo 518 Student Ministry is a grateful community of students and leaders. Our goal is to echo the message of Jesus to the 518! Acts 1:8 says “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere – in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (NLT).” We do this through prayer, care and share. We pray for our friends and family who need Jesus. We strive to care for them, showing them the love of Jesus. And we look for opportunities to share the truth of the gospel with them. Our time includes games, worship, sharing time, bible study and small groups. We also love doing activities together. Sometimes they are just fun times to hang out and at other times they are focused on serving our community in some way including raking leaves or serving at the Adirondack Marathon. We welcome any and all 7th -12th graders to join us!

    • Grades 7-12
    • Located in the Mountainside Ministries Center/Lower Building
